Thing about Anthrax vexed is that each lab that produces this, has it's own unique 'fingerprint' if you will, so it can be traced directly back to the lab it was made.
Like after 9/11 and all the journalists famously being posted letters containing Anthrax was so widely reported on, until an expert pointed out how easy it would be to trace it back to place of origin, then it all stopped... the reporting on it that is.
It's all relative.

The killer in Nice was from Tunisia and only arrived in France early this month. He was quarantined on an Italian island and then let go.

Which always has confused me that after decades of terror attacks on mainland Europe by 'suicide' bombers, not one ever elected to attack the source of their complaints and instead would drive a van through a crowd of randoms shopping making it more likely to kill off a fellow immigrant (current demographics being what they may) than a politician who had directly contributed to their sandy homeland's destruction, the very reason for their ire and not Mrs Miggins out shopping for tea.

Yet another "knife attack" in France, with another innocent civilian being decapitated.
How long must we go through the same, tired motions here? Drawing more cartoons of Mohammad won't solve this issue, it won't return France to its former glory, it will only get more of their people murdered in the street.
Only MASS deportations of these people will have any chance of saving France, and Europe, as a whole. You can't import savages into your land and expect them to refrain from savagery.
